All graphics and images contained in the kits and elements available on this site and elsewhere are copyrighted by
Deb Fisher with all rights reserved. By purchasing and/or downloading a kit or any other element created by
Deb Fisher, you have obtained a license to use the kit or element for your own personal use only - unless the
product is expressly licensed for limited professional use - and you are required to abide by the terms of this user
license. This is applicable to all purchased items, free gifts, free samplers, prizes, gift, reward and promotional items.
All graphics and images contained in the kits and elements created by Deb Fisher are for personal use only.
Limited Professional Use is only permitted on specified products marked as S4h ok - please see the separate
limited professional use license for terms of use in a limited professional setting (scrap for hire).
You may:
You may use graphics created by Deb Fisher in your personal Scrapbooking or crafting, for your own use, or to
make gifts for family and friends, whether digital or printed.
You may submit layouts for magazine publication that you have created with graphics created by Deb Fisher,
provided proper credit is given to Deb Fisher as creator of the graphics.
You may alter graphics created by Deb Fisher by recolouring them, adding to them or removing parts, or even
cut them into little bits, etc, to suit your needs in your personal scrapbooking and crafting.
You may not:
You may not give away or sell Deb Fisher graphics that you have altered in any way, nor may you rename
altered graphics or claim these as your own.
You may not use graphics created by Deb Fisher for any project for which you will be compensated or paid
in any way (magazine publication of layouts created with graphics created by Deb Fisher excepted).
You may not convert any graphics into tubes, stamps, or brushes by any means and claim them as your own, nor
distribute such.
You may not use graphics created by Deb Fisher to create ebay or blog templates, or for any website design.
You may not offer these graphics for download, or otherwise include them in an email group or newsgroup for
download or copying.
You may not include them on a cd or dvd collection to be offered for sale or given away.
You may not redistribute graphics created by Deb Fisher in any way.
You may not use graphics created by Debbie Fisher to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works, nor for any
other purpose which is prohibited by local or international law.
It is illegal to distribute copyright material. Please don't redistribute graphics created by Deb Fisher.

limited professional use
By purchasing this product, you are granted permission to use the product in a
limited professional setting (for profit) under the following conditions.
hand crafters: may create and sell craft items at craft fairs and other venues (including
online), providing there is no mass production (every item is hand crafted), and the
number of items sold using any one kit does not exceed two hundred pieces in a
calendar year. Examples of acceptable-use hand-crafted items would be altered paint
cans and other containers, hand-crafted greeting cards, calendars, canvases and other
wall-art, decorated journals or book covers, paper-scrapped layouts or mini-albums.
No mass production allowed.
computer crafters: may create and sell customised scrapbook pages, invitations, and birth announcements for clients which include the client's own photographs, providing the finished product is available to the client in flattened jpg form only and includes the client's photographs - in printed form or for electronic delivery.
Production of blank pages
(also known as ploppers, templates, or quick pages) is not permitted.
what is NOT included in this policy
1. you may not use my products to create other digital scrapbooking products for sale
- eg you may not use a Deb Fisher alpha to create another alpha to sell or give away
to others.
2. you may not use my products in website design, nor to create any form of template.
3. you may not use my products for advertising or promotion purposes, in print or
digital or online form.
4. you may not use my products for any form of mass production.
5. you may not re-distribute my products by any means.
Any violation of these terms will automatically void your limited professional use agreement.
